  3. Letting
    You conclude the tenancy agreement directly with the landlord.
    When you move in, you should record any defects, the condition of the furniture, furnishings, etc. in a handover report with the landlord. This will help you avoid unpleasant discussions upon return.
  4. Payment and framework agreements
    You agree the rental period, deposit and cleaning with the landlord in the rental contract.
    The rental price includes the basic rent and ancillary costs. However, it may also happen that lessors offer all-inclusive rentals.
