The team of City-Apartment-Mannheim is active for more than 10 years in the housing market and has specialized for you in the areas – serviced apartments and vacation apartments, for stays over weeks and months in the greater Mannheim and Ludwigshafen area.
We offer a wide range of apartments, flats and houses in Mannheim, Ludwigshafen and the surrounding area, from simple to exclusively furnished and equipped, for short (from one week) or longer-term booking.
We are particularly targeting companies that need new accommodation for their employees on a SHORT-TERM basis.
For example, temporary employment agencies, employees on probation, employees with temporary employment contracts, project business, construction site personnel, service personnel or generally all people who are looking for a cost-effective alternative to a much more expensive hotel.
We will take care of all the administrative work for you!
You tell us your wishes (period, location, maximum price) and we offer you an object from our stock or get the suitable object for you at short notice.

Your City-Apartment-Mannheim Team
Apartments and vacation apartments in Mannheim are fully furnished and inventoried 1-room apartments for short-term stays (weeks and months). Apartments are much cheaper than hotel rooms, offer cooking facilities and have a living area between 20-40 sqm. We currently have 50 serviced apartments in and around Mannheim.
You choose one of our apartments or tell us your requirements and the desired booking period. (Best via the request form)
In response to your request, we will send you an offer for the desired apartment, with alternatives for other apartments if necessary.
After your booking you will receive a booking agreement for the respective apartment, which you countersign and send back to us.
A few days before the arrival date you will receive the invoice from us, which you can conveniently pay in advance by bank transfer (if necessary, monthly billing).
After confirmation of receipt of payment, the keys will be deposited for you in one of our central key boxes from 3 pm on the day of arrival.
The only things you need to bring are your personal belongings and towels. Bed linen is provided in all apartments.
On the day of departure the apartment must be vacated by 11 am. The key is simply left in the apartment.
