We offer a wide range of apartments, apartments and houses in Karlsruhe and the surrounding area, from simple to exclusively furnished and equipped, for short (from 7 nights) or longer-term rentals.
We are particularly targeting companies that need new accommodation for their employees on a SHORT-TERM basis.

Serviced apartments and vacation rentals are fully furnished and inventoried 1- to 2-room apartments for short stays over days, weeks or for long-term stays over several months. The apartments are considerably cheaper than hotel rooms, offer cooking facilities and have a living space of between 20-50 square meters.
There are washrooms in all apartment buildings. There you will find coin-operated washing machines and dryers.
Assembly rooms are fully furnished and inventoried 1- to 2-room apartments for short stays over weeks and months. The rooms are much cheaper than hotel rooms, offer their own cooking facilities and have a living area between 20-30 sqm. We currently have more than 50 assembly rooms in and around Karlsruhe.
You choose one of our apartments or tell us your requirements and the desired booking period. (Best via the request form)
In response to your request, we will send you an offer for the desired apartment, with alternatives for other apartments if necessary.
After your booking you will receive a booking agreement for the respective apartment, which you countersign and send back to us.
A few days before the arrival date you will receive the invoice from us, which you can conveniently pay in advance by bank transfer (if necessary, monthly billing).
After confirmation of receipt of payment, the keys will be deposited for you in one of our central key boxes from 3 pm on the day of arrival.
The only things you need to bring are your personal belongings and towels. Bed linen is provided in all apartments.
On the day of departure the apartment must be vacated by 11 am. The key is simply left in the apartment.
